Website service terms

These terms apply to the $199 one-page website package, plus any applicable tax, sold by Oren Analytics LLC. They supplement our general site terms. For this purchase, these service terms control if the two differ.
What is included
The one-time $199 price covers one mobile-friendly page with up to six sections, basic page title and description, and one consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope. We use your approved business information and assets. Additional pages, new branding, online stores, custom booking systems, and advanced search optimization require a separate quote.
Optional monthly care
After launch, you may choose a separate $20/month care plan. It covers routine upkeep, uptime checks, and one small content update to the existing page per month, such as changing hours, replacing one supplied photo, or updating a short text section. Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, and extensive content work are quoted separately. Domain and third-party platform fees remain your responsibility. Care billing starts only when you separately subscribe, renews monthly, and can be canceled before the next billing date by emailing us. Cancellation ends future care charges and does not change your ownership of the site.
Your information and approvals
You provide accurate business details, contact links, and photos, logos, or other materials you have permission to use. You review the first preview and send one combined list of in-scope changes. You approve the final facts and links before launch. Please do not send account passwords by email; we will arrange access to your site account separately if needed.
Timing and launch
We send a first preview within three business days after receiving payment and all requested information. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This timing applies to the first preview, not the launch date. If we cannot meet it, we will let you choose a new date or a full refund. Waiting for information, feedback, account access, or approval pauses the project timeline. We launch after you approve the page and the domain and platform setup is ready.
Ownership and outside costs
Once you have paid in full, you own the final custom text and design we create specifically for your website and may use, edit, or transfer the completed site. You keep ownership of materials you provide. Oren Analytics LLC keeps its pre-existing tools, templates, and reusable components, with a continuing license for you to use any such components included in your finished site. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Your domain and site platform account stay in your name, and you pay any separate domain or platform fees directly.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel by emailing us. If you cancel before we send the first preview, we refund your payment for the package in full, including any tax charged. After the first preview, the package price is not refundable for a change of mind. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope and cannot correct it, we refund your payment for the package in full. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law. Separate domain or platform charges paid to other providers follow those providers' policies.
After launch
For 14 days after launch, we will correct factual errors, broken links, or display problems we introduced in the agreed page at no charge. New content, design directions, and features are separate work. Small content edits are included only while the optional care plan is active. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
